Great info on comfrey. I think I may love it as much as you. I put it on my potatoes along with chicory as a mulch after the first round of leafy growth in the spring. My chickens went nuts for it in June, then completely lost a taste for it by August.

My chickens will eat it sometimes, too. It might have something to do with how tough the leaves are – they’re suckers for anything easy to eat!
